PURPOSE: An LED lighting device using AC power is provided to automatically and manually adjust brightness of LED lighting corresponding to internal/external brightness and a noise degree by a dimming unit. CONSTITUTION: An LED lighting device using AC power includes a light emitting body unit(10), a circuit configuration unit(20) and a terminal unit. In the light emitting body unit, LED elements(L) are arranged on at least one surface of a base in a lighting device type. A transmitting material(12) is combined with a spot in which the LED elements of the base are arranged. Light emitted from the LED element passes the transmitting material and is spread. The circuit configuration unit is installed in the base of the light emitting body unit. The circuit configuration unit is electrically and electronically connected to the LED element. The circuit configuration unit receives AC power from the outside and converts it into DC power to emit light of an LED element. The terminal unit is installed in one end or both ends of the light emitting body unit. The terminal unit receives external AC power and inputs it to the circuit configuration unit.
