<p>The invention relates to a process for making axial-flow fan blades which, during a first stage for making circular sector-shaped blades, consists in cutting out some blade-type profiles (1) from a cylindrical rolled metal sheet semi-product (2). Said longitudinal profiles (1) are cut according to the length and the angle of the required corresponding chords of the profiles (1), so that, after attaching a fixing leg (4) at the base of said profiles (1), on the whole there results a twisted axial-flow blade (3) with an orienting chord variable in length. The resulting blade shape (3) is finalized in a second stage, using a device with two parallel calenders (5), by passing the same between the calenders (5) having complement lateral surfaces, namely a concave surface and a convex surface.</p> |
