PURPOSE: An upper and lower panel integrated ventilation mat is provided, which reduces cost and enhances productivity by injection molding upper and lower panel into one body. CONSTITUTION: An upper and lower panel integrated ventilation mat(1) is constituted as follows. The upper and lower panels are separated and form a protrusion to make air circulated. The upper plate is comprised of many upper plate support part(4) arrangements. The upper plate support part is formed of a ventilation hole. The lower plate is comprised of many lower plate support parts. In the lower plate, a lower plate support part supporting board of the strip-like shape is connected in the polygon or the circular shape and a ventilation hole is formed.
