PURPOSE: A pretensioner is provided to ensure the safety of passengers by preventing countermovement of the moving locking member. CONSTITUTION: A pretensioner includes a main housing, a gas generating part, a cylinder, a moving pressing part(750), and a moving locking member. The main housing has an internal space and an opening. The gas generating part injects expansion gas into the internal space of the main housing. One end of the cylinder is connected through the opening of the main housing. The moving pressing part is arranged inside the cylinder and fitted with an O-ring(752) on the outer circumference. The moving locking member is arranged behind the moving pressing part toward the other end of the cylinder, and moves along the inside of the cylinder by the expansion gas. The moving locking member includes a clamp(760) fixed to one side of the wire which is connected to pull a webbing in a collision accident and locking units(770) which are arranged between the moving pressing part and the clamp. A part of the locking units are locked on the inside of the cylinder when the moving pressing part is pressed by the expansion gas.
