PURPOSE: An emergency measure device for hypertension is provided, which can obtain blood pressure stabilizing influence by storing blood in the blood bag in the rapid rise of the blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: An emergency measure device for hypertension includes a silicone tube, an injection needle, and a blood bag. The silicone tube(110) is opened at the both ends. The injection needle(120) is made of platinum or gold. One end of the injection needle is combined with one end of the silicone tube and the other end of the injection needle is inserted within the blood vessel. The blood bag(130) is made of rubber or silicone and stores blood.
