METHOD OF TREATMENT OF INNATE TRIDACTYLOUS BONE SPLITTING, COMBINED WITH APICAL-LATERAL SYNOSTOSIS AND SYNDACTYLY OF FIRST AND SECOND HAND RAYS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of innate splitting of tridactylous bone combined with apical-lateral synostosis and syndactyly of first and second hand rays. Apical-lateral synostosis of first finger nail-bone with additional part of second finger proximal phalanx is resected longitudinally to normal anatomic width of nail-bone and ungual plate of first finger. First and second rays are separated preserving rudiment of transverse muscle at their base, adducting first middle metacarpal bone. Adjacent surfaces of separated rays are covered by method of combined skin plasty. ^ EFFECT: method allows to restore adducting function of first finger, to normalise width of nail-bone and ungual plate. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg
