<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spandrel wall-dirt floor structure capable of improving an aesthetic appearance by aligning an outer surface of an outer wall and an outer surface of a spandrel wall part in the same plane, and capable of avoiding a cost increase caused by providing a precast concrete slab over the whole of an outdoor surface of the spandrel wall part.SOLUTION: This spandrel wall-dirt floor structure is a structure for providing the spandrel wall part 2 along the outdoor side edge of a concrete dirt floor 1, and the spandrel wall part 2 is formed of reinforced concrete (RC), and the outer surface of the spandrel wall part 2 of a part where a column 3 is arranged, is formed of a precast concrete slab (a PCa concrete slab) 4C.</p> |
