A vegetable slicer comprises a tank, a disk with cuts, on the surface of which knives are immovably fixed, a drive with a vertical rotary shaft, on which a disk is immovably fixed, a container for collecting the mass sliced. The knives with the blades of a tooth-like shape are mounted on the surface of the disk in guides in such a manner as to allow radial or tangential movement as regards to the rotational axis of the disk. To the internal surface of the tank in lower part thereof a space cam is fixed, in a profile groove thereof rollers connected to the axles in such a manner as to allow rotating of the rollers around said axles are placed. The axles are immovably connected to the knives. The space cam is covered with a cover. |
