<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RNA polymerase which has high thermal stability and can react in a higher temperature range. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the improved RNA polymerase characterized in that a protein mutated by adding, deleting, inserting or replacing at least one amino acid of an amino acid sequence constituting a protein having RNA polymerase activity, which has better thermal stability or specific activity in a high temperature range than those of the un-mutated protein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
