The present invention provides a brightness enhancement film-laminated light diffuser plate which can sufficiently prevent scratching, and also can ensure sufficient brightness. The brightness enhancement film-laminated light diffuser plate of the present invention includes a brightness enhancement film 41, and a light diffuser plate 31 comprising a transparent material and a light diffusing agent dispersed in the transparent material, and having a rough surface having a ten-point average roughness (Rz) of more than 40 mum and 100 mum or less on at least one surface, wherein the brightness enhancement film 41 is laminated and integrated on the rough surface 31a of the light diffuser plate via an adhesive layer 40.
