摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic powder for a green sheet capable of firing at a low temperature of 750-850&deg;C, giving a ceramic layer causing few warpage or defect, and excellent in resistance to plating and dielectric characteristics, and forming a wiring layer having fine and favorable wiring patterns when co-fired with silver-based conductive paste. <P>SOLUTION: This ceramic powder for the green sheet comprises glass powder and an inorganic filler, where the glass powder comprises 35-40 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 9-17 wt.% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 21-40 wt.% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10-20 wt.% R'O (R' is at least one kind of elements selected from the group consisting of Ca, Mg and Ba, provided that Ca is inevitably included), 0.2-2.0 wt.% MO<SB>2</SB>(M is at least one kind of elements selected from the group consisting of Zr and Ti), 2-10 wt.% ZnO and 0.2-3.0 wt.% WO<SB>3</SB>, provided that 100 wt.% in total, and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>/CaO is 3.0 or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
