<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of manufacturing a solar cell at low cost, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: By providing an insulator partition between two substrates where conductive films having different work function values are formed, conduction between the substrates can be prevented so that the solar cell is formed with high reliability. Moreover, a region surrounded with the insulator partition is filled with a liquid silicon composition to form a silicon layer by thermally treating it, and thereby the solar cell with high reliability is provided at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
