<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which maintains rotation of a power generator even if the flow rate of a fluid changes. <P>SOLUTION: The power generator 1000 for generating power by receiving the fluid includes a rotating member 190 which rotates by receiving the fluid, a generator motor 100 which is mechanically linked with the rotating member 190 and operates both as the power generator and as a motor, a rotational speed measuring portion 206 which measures a rotational speed of the generator motor 100, and a controller 200 which controls the generator motor 100.
