Conditioned storage container for bread - having recirculating fan for air with infrared heater and temp. and humidity control

Bread and similar foodstuffs are kept fresh in a special container which has a conditioned atmos. The container is insulated both for heat and for water vapour. The air inside the container is controlled for temp. and water content. The water content is controlled by means of a soln. of LiCl which is trickled across a packing. The temp. is monitored by a thermocouple which adjusts the supply to an infra-red heater. The container is to keep freshly baked bread in a fresh condition over a period of time. It does this by holding the bread at a temp. and humidity above that of the ambient air.
