PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device improved in apparent resolution from a viewpoint of a human visual system, and thereby enabling excellent display without further drastically narrowing, for instance, pixel pitches; and an electronic apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes a luminous layer between electrodes. Sub pixels S constituting dots of the luminous layer consist of three colors of red, green and blue; an arrangement pattern P of the sub pixels S has one or a plurality of blue sub pixels B as a central pattern C, on both sides of which, red sub pixels R and green sub pixels G are respectively arranged; and the red sub pixels R and the green sub pixels G respectively arranged on both the sides are arranged at point-symmetric positions by using a center point O of the central pattern as a center.
