PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade driving apparatus capable of preventing the position of a blade from being deviated due to impact from the outside and to provide optical equipment. SOLUTION: This blade driving apparatus 1 in the embodiment 1 is provided with a substrate 10 having an opening 12 and a slide groove 15 together, the blade 20 for adjusting amount of opening of the opening 12, and a transmission member 30 for transmitting power from an electromagnetic actuator 60 to the blade 20 through the slide groove 15. The transmission member 30 includes a revolving arm member 40 and an engaging member 50 moving in the slide groove 15 and coming into pressure-contact with an inner face of the slide groove 15 due to the impact applied on the transmission member 30 from the outside.
