PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing implement for a faucet, which can be surely fixed to an attachment base for attaching the faucet, and the faucet attached to the fixing implement for the faucet. SOLUTION: This fixing implement 1 for the faucet includes a fixing base 6, a sandwich member 8, a first screw member 10, a second screw member 12, and a guide member 14. When a first screw hole 8a of the sandwich member is positioned in the idle turning section 16 of the first screw member so that the sandwich member can be positioned in a second screw member mounting position, only the second screw member is tightened so that the sandwich member can be relatively displaced to the side of the fixing base. After that, when the first screw hole of the sandwich member is moved into the thread section 18 of the first screw member, both the first and second screw members are tightened so that the sandwich member can be relatively displaced to a sandwich position.
