The equipment according to the invention for reducing a fracture, in particular a fracture situated in the area of the epiphyses, comprises: an osteosynthesis plate with an elongate body part that is continued by a one-piece head part, said head part comprising at least some orifices designed for "polyaxial" engagement of fixation screws, a device of the bushing holder type equipped with through-orifices that are designed to serve as guides for said fixation screws, means for drilling holes with a set of suitable drill bits, a first drill bushing designed to cooperate with one of said orifices in the plate head, so as to allow the bone to be drilled with a preliminary hole for receiving said head screws by a technique of the "polyaxial" type, and a second drill bushing designed to cooperate with one of the orifices of said bushing holder positioned on said plate head, so as to permit the formation of a preliminary hole in the bone by a technique of the "monoaxial" type.
