摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a fuel cost of an internal combustion engine by applying pulses to a storage battery. SOLUTION: In a high-frequency pulse generation circuit 20, an inductor 24 stores magnetic energy by controlling and turning on a switching transistor 23 by a one-chip microcomputer 21 in the high-frequency pulse generation circuit included in a step-up type chopper converter; the magnetic energy is converted to a pulse voltage of a high-frequency high voltage by immediately turning off the switching transistor 23; a part of the magnetic energy is converted to an electromagnetic field by being supplied to a storage battery as an appropriate current through a series circuit of a resistor 27 and a diode 26; and a fuel cost is reduced by supplying an electromagnetic field reflected from the storage battery to an internal combustion engine of a vehicle.
