PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a delivery date while enabling a through-hole 76 to be formed at a required position in a constant temperature bath 1 keeping the interior of a testing chamber 35 at least at a predetermined temperature, the constant temperature bath having a testing chamber 35 for housing a test specimen, and at least one through-hole 76 communicating the outside of the testing chamber 35 with the inside thereof. SOLUTION: The constant temperature bath is formed as an approximately rectangular box by a double wall structure including an inner wall 31, an outer wall 32, and a heat insulating material 33 between the inner wall 31 and the outer wall 32, and at the same time, a main body 2 zoning and forming a test chamber 35 with the inner wall 31 is provided. In a box-shaped main body 2, the inner wall 31 and the outer wall 32 composing at least one plane 23 are respectively constituted by including opening parts 31a, 32a, predetermined parts of which are set as a part capable of forming a through-hole 76, and closing plates 71, 72 attached so as to be able to attach to and detach from the peripheral parts of the opening pats 31a, 32a wherein the through-hole 76 is formed so as to penetrate the closing plates 71, 72.
