<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase fatigue strength of a power transmission spline by relaxing stress concentration of both tension stress and shearing stress. <P>SOLUTION: An enlarged diameter part 21b is provided to the part on the anti-shaft-end side of a root part 21 of a male spline part Sm, and the outer diameter dimension of the enlarged diameter part 21b is gradually enlarged toward the anti-shaft-end side. Then an R part 21b1 having an arc-shaped cross section is provided on both sides in the circumferential direction of the enlarged diameter part 21b, and the curvature radius of the enlarged diameter part 21b is made gradually larger toward the anti-shaft-end side. The starting point of the diameter contraction of a crest part 22 is arranged in a position which is closer to the anti-shaft-end side than the starting point of the diameter enlargement of the root part 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
