PURPOSE: A glutinous corn processing food and a preparing method thereof are provided to secure a medicinal effect of garlic by boiling cereals in a deodorized garlic liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a glutinous corn processing food comprises the following steps of: peeling garlic, washing it, and dipping in salt water(S1); putting the garlic in cold water to chill it(S2); boiling the garlic in water and stirring until the garlic crumbles(S3); peeling well-dried glutinous corns and dipping them in water(S4); putting the obtained garlic liquid and swollen glutinous corns in a container and boiling them(S5); adding well-died cereals and re-boiling them(S6); cooling the boiled glutinous corns and cereals(S7); and vacuum-packing the cooled glutinous corns and cereals(S8).
