<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system which prevents information leakage beforehand even when in an existing personal computer information is lost or stolen. <P>SOLUTION: The personal computer 3 includes a wireless IC tag detection part 36, and a wireless IC tag is distributed to a user. When downloading a file 11, downloading is performed through a downloading means 352 belonging to an information leakage system 351 and the file 11 is stored in an HDD 35. A user presence determination means determines whether the user is in the vicinity on the basis of information obtained from the wireless IC tag detection part 36.
