PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work burden of managing specific e-mail including important information and to improve the security of management. SOLUTION: A destination set in transfer mail of e-mail received from a sender is acquired, a destination of a deletion program for deleting the transfer mail is determined to be the acquired destination, and the e-mail, the sender and the determined destination of the deletion program are associated with one another. When receiving an instruction to delete the e-mail from the sender, a destination of a deletion instructed mail of the transfer mail can be automatically specified in this way.
