<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof wall to which a solar battery panel is attached in such a manner as to be inclined obliquely upward, and which is fitted with a power generation member with a sound absorbing effect. <P>SOLUTION: A forward and downward inclined plate is protrusively provided on the front side of the soundproof panel of the soundproof wall, and the solar battery panel is attached to the surface of the inclined plate. A sound absorbing material is internally mounted in a space section which is formed between the inclined plate and a front plate of the soundproof panel, the oblique side of which is the inclined plate, the lower potion of which is opened, and which has a right-angled triangular cross section in a side view.
