<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine authenticity by recognizing a color latent image having a uniform color when viewed from an upper surface and having a shading tone when viewed obliquely from all directions. <P>SOLUTION: On the surface of a base material, a print pattern having color elements arranged in all directions so as to prevent neighboring of similar colors of a plurality of colors 12, 13, 14 which become color elements of a color image and to prevent reading periodicity when a base material is viewed from an upper surface, and a raised pattern having a projected part 11 of a shape surrounded by an apex part or a top surface protruded from a base material surface to the side and a side face part connected to the base material independently disposed in a latent image part on the base material surface are formed. For the base material in which both of the patterns are formed, when viewed obliquely, a lower side being a viewing position in a selected Fig.(a) which is a bird's eye view, colors of raised pattern visible from the viewing position and the print pattern covering the top surface and the side face are deposited as latent image, thereby constructing a forgery prevention latent image formed body.
