摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet position measuring method capable of accurately measuring a position of a magnet. SOLUTION: This magnet position measuring method is a method of finding deviation amounts of superconducting magnets 1A, 1B from a prescribed position, in an Si single crystal growing-up device 100 provided with the pair of substantially cylindrical superconducting magnets 1A, 1B arranged in the prescribed position in order to generate a proper magnetic field in an objective area. The magnet position measuring method includes a process for operating the Si single crystal growing-up device 100, for measuring magnetic field intensities of the superconducting magnets 1A, 1B, and for acquiring observed data thereof, and a process for finding an unknown, based on the observed data of the magnetic field intensities and simulation data of the magnetic field intensities obtained by a quadratic function of the magnetic field intensities including the unknown defined as the deviation amounts of the superconducting magnets 1A, 1B from the prescribed position.
