PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill-processing device which enables a person in charge of collection and delivery to eject an already set cassette and mount a new cassette to finish replacement work, and also enables the person not to take out bills from the inside of the cassette, unless the key is used in a head office since the cassette includes a lock-key device, to enhance security, and simplifies the work to increasingly reduce trouble and time. SOLUTION: In the bill-processing device, a bill-conveying path, which communicates with a bill-inserting hole, communicates with the groove parts of a pair of bill guide bars 2 which are embedded in a stacker box 1 and have S-shaped sections. The bill guide bars rotate in mutually opposite directions to discharge bills, and then the bills are sequentially stacked and accommodated on the surface of a reception plate 8 energized by a spring 7.
