PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nebulizer having the most versatile coaxial nebulizer structure as it is, and capable of overcoming problems associated with coaxial nebulizers such as instability in atomization caused by vibration of a capillary, difficulty in control of the position of a tip, and incapability of replacement of the capillary. SOLUTION: The nebulizer having the triple tube structure is formed by inserting the capillary into a nebulizer having a double tube structure, and preferably functions to optionally control the insertion position of the capillary and/or functions to optionally detach or replace the capillary, and is more preferably provided with a vaporizing chamber into which an auxiliary gas is introduced parallel.
