PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit device capable of suppressing loss and heat generation in the remaining series regulator circuit part excluding the downmost stream step among a plurality of steps of series regulator circuit parts that are connected in series, and an electronic device equipped with the power supply circuit device. SOLUTION: The series regulator circuit parts 11a and 11b are provided with transistors 14a and 13b, and control circuit parts 15a and 15b for stepping down an input voltage to an output voltage to be output by each of the series regulator circuit parts 11a and 11b by giving a control current to the transistors 14a and 13b. The remaining series regulator circuit parts 11a excluding the series regulator circuit part 11b in the downmost stream step that is the remotest from a DC power supply 17 has a power supply voltage monitor 18. The control circuit part 15a of the series regulator circuit part 11a adjusts the control current and changes the output voltage based on the result of the detection by the power supply voltage monitor 18.
