PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball putout device of a game machine which reduces the size of the device, reduces the manufacturing cost and reduces the occurrence of malfunction in which game balls are put out erroneously due to vibrations. SOLUTION: A feed passage 17 is formed bent, a discharge passage 20 where the tip of a lead screw 27 is interposed is formed at its end portion, the outer circumferential face of its tip side is formed into a tapered face, a passage wall 32 in the discharge passage 20 is inclined along the tapered face portion 29b, an acquisition space S is formed in the lower part of the passage wall 32, and a ball support part 30 of the lead screw 27 is provided helically around the outer circumferential face of the tapered face portion 29b. In a state where the lead screw 27 is stopped, game balls B1(b) and B1(u) positioned at the lowermost ends respectively are supported to the upper face of the lower end portion 30a of the ball support part 30 and the upper face of an intermediate portion 30b that is spirally extended upward therefrom by rotating 180° in the upstream side, and the upper face of the intermediate portion 30b of the ball support part 30 which comes into contact with the lowermost-end game ball B1(u) in the upstream side is formed into a more gently inclined slope than the upper face of the other portion.
