METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ULTRA-FINE POWDER BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing uniformly and high-level ultra-fine powder bodies of various hardly soluble or non-soluble chemicals in a dispersion medium. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the ultra-fine powder bodies of guest molecules in the dispersion medium by clathrating the hardly-soluble or non-soluble guest molecules to the dispersion medium with host molecules or by emulsifying them with a surfactant, the guest molecules and the host molecules or the dispersion medium containing the surfactant is charged into a pressure vessel, carbon dioxide is introduced to the pressure vessel, the resultant mixture is heated and clathrated or emulsified by mixing for a predetermined time, and then by discharging the carbon dioxide by reducing a pressure of the inside of the pressure vessel, the ultra-fine powder bodies of the guest molecules in the dispersion medium are manufactured.
