<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of executing only a necessary reserved job for the reserved job whose reserved time has been elapsed without execution. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has a structure in which a job information management section 26 manages jobs stored in a job storing section 25, and a control section 21 accepts a reservation of execution time of the job, registers the reserved job in the job information management section 26, and reads the registered reserved job from the job storing section 25 based on the present time information given by a timer section 27 and executes the reserved job at the reserved time, the control section 21 inquires a user as to whether a reserved job should be executed, if any, when the apparatus is powered on or recovered from failure, and executes reserved job recovering processing for recovering the reserved job or reserved job deletion processing for deleting the reserved job for the job information management section 26 in accordance with a response from the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
