PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring the hardness of the heart, which enables the evaluation of heart hardness in a non-invasive way. SOLUTION: The measurement method for the hardness of a circulatory organ includes a first step to measure the inner and outer wall position values in the first and second phases of the circulatory organ pulsation cycle, and a second step to calculate the circulatory organ hardness values from the inner and outer wall position values in the first and second phases.
