PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning rod equipped with a tip section rod which has good sensitivity and excellent durability. SOLUTION: Provided is the spinning rod equipped with a flat tip section rod 5 formed by laminating a plurality of sheet-like members prepared by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin, characterized in that the sheet-like members comprise a main body sheet 5A constituting the tip section rod 5, and one or more reinforcing sheets 6A, 6B which are shorter than the main body sheet 5A in the longitudinal direction and are laminated on the butt end side, and step portions formed on the lamination of the sheet-like members are covered with a peeling-preventing member 10.
