<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of appropriately executing a calibration under a situation requiring the execution of the calibration while regulating the calibration in accordance with user's demand. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether any of developing cartridges 35 are replaced after the last engine calibration. When any of developing cartridges 35 are replaced, an answer YES is obtained at a step S300, then, an execution limiting mode is released. When not replaced, an answer NO is obtained at the step S300. When any of developing cartridges 35 are replaced, the engine calibration is executed, irrespective of the regulation setup. That is, it is determined that the engine calibration should be executed under a predetermined condition, irrespective of the regulation setup, at the timing where properties are easily changeable, such as a situation after the developing cartridge 35 is replaced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
