<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by preventing separation between a side plate of a brake side and a brake side outer ring. <P>SOLUTION: This clutch unit is composed of a lever side clutch part 11 arranged on the input side and controlling the transmission or cutoff of rotational torque to the output side by lever operation, and a brake side clutch part 12 arranged on the output side, transmitting input torque from the lever side clutch part 11 to the output side and cutting off reverse input torque from the output side. A brake side clutch part 12 has a stationary side member 23 for restricting rotation, and its stationary side member is integrated with the side plate 25 of the brake side by connecting by insetting and caulking a claw part 25a formed on the outer periphery of the side plate 25 of the brake side and to cutout recessed parts 23a and 24a formed on the outer periphery of the brake side outer ring 23 and a cover 24, and the cutout recessed part 23a of the brake side outer ring 23 and the cutout recessed part 24a of the cover 24 are formed in a tapered shape with its opposed both side end surfaces 23a tilted in the direction of approaching outward in the radial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
