PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which is suppressed in the discoloration upon light exposure, because the constituent new quinolone-based antibacterial can exhibit improved light stability, contrary to the conventional new quinolone-based compositions being defective in light stability. SOLUTION: In a pharmaceutical composition, (a) at least one new quinolone-based antibacterial selected from the group consisting of lomefloxacin, ofloxaxin, levofloxacin, gatifloxacin, tosufloxacin, and moxifloxacin and (b) a vitamin B6 are used in combination, whereupon the pharmaceutical composition is suppressed in discoloration upon light exposure because the new quinolone-based antibacterial can thereby exhibit improved light stability.
