PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure which enables the easy adjustment of an installation error of an element member, caused by an installation error in the construction of a supporting member, and which enables the element member to be easily connected to the supporting member in a dimensionally accurate manner. SOLUTION: This joint structure 7 for connecting a foundation beam 5 and a steel pipe pile 3 together comprises: a spherical support head bolt 11 which is supported on a pile head cap 19; a positional adjustment portion 21 for fixing a head portion 11c as one end of the spherical support head bolt 11 to the pile head cap 19; and a foundation beam fixing plate 9 for connecting the other end of the spherical support head bolt 11 and the foundation beam 5 together. The positional adjustment portion 21 has an insertion hole Ha through which the other end of the spherical support head bolt 11 is inserted, and the insertion hole Ha has a hole diameter which makes the spherical support head bolt 11 swingable. Thus, the spherical support head bolt 11 is adjusted while being tilted in the insertion holes Ha, so that an inclination error in the installed state of the foundation beam 5 can be easily adjusted and so that the foundation beam 5 can be easily connected to the steel pipe pile 3 in a dimensionally-accurate manner.
