An apparatus for displaying letters, numbers or symbols, especially for marking the prices of goods, with a basic part (1) having a visible surface (1a) and a back side which is opposite of the same, with at least one opening (2) being disposed in the basic part (1), which opening is open on both sides and extends from the visible surface (1a) up to the opposite back side, and in which at least one opening (2) there is displaceably held a movable member (3), with the movable member (3) being displaceable from a first position in which a face (5) of the movable member (3) is visible from the visible surface (1a) of the basic part (1) to a second position in which said face (5) is disposed in a substantially non-visible manner at a distance behind the visible surface (1a) in the basic part (1), characterized in that the movable members (3) are held in the opening by means of a sliding seat or a loose fit. 2. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the sliding seat is achieved in such a way that the movable members (3) are bent in the unstressed state at least in one section transversally to their longitudinal axis and are aligned in a straight manner during the insertion into the openings (2) of the basic part (1). 3. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the at least one opening is provided with a constant cross section over the entire length. 4. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the openings (2) or the moveable members (3) have a circular cross section. 5. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the openings (2) or movable members (3) have a rectangular cross section. 6. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the openings (2) are arranged in a matrix-like way. 7. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the openings (2) have the shape of letters, numbers or symbols. 8. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the openings (2) are provided with a polygonal cross section, and preferably with a segment-like shape. 9. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the basic part (1) is provided at its surface with a rail-like groove (44). 10. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the basic part (1) is provided with at least one additional continuous bore (7) through which a pin (8) can be inserted. 11. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the basic part (1) is provided with at least one additional opening (10) into which a fixing element (9) can be inserted. 12. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the openings (2) are provided with a stop bracket (43) at their side opposite of the visible surface (1a). 13. An apparatus for displacing movable members in a basic part (1), with the movable members (3) each being displaceable from a first position in which a face (5) of the movable member (3) is visible from the visible surface (1a) of the basic part (1) to a second position in which said face (5) is substantially disposed in a non-visible way at a distance behind the visible surface (1a) in the basic part (1), characterized in that it comprises the following parts: - an upper holding part (11), - a lower holding part (12) which in the middle part of the upper holding part (11) is rotatably and displaceably fastened to the same, - pin-like calibrating elements (23) which are arranged according to the displaceable movable members (3), - pin-like setting elements (25) which are arranged according to the characters to be set (positive or inverse), - with the pin-like calibrating and setting elements (23, 25) being arranged in the upper holding part (11) and the free face sides of the pin-like calibrating elements (23) being directed against the free face sides of the pinlike setting elements (25), and by pressing together the upper holding part (11) with the lower holding part (12) at first the pin-like calibrating elements (23) and thereafter the pin-like setting elements (25) are introduced into the openings (2) of the basic part (1), as a result of which a respective desired alignment of the movable members (3) is performed in the openings (2) of the basic part (1). 14. An apparatus as claimed in claim 13, characterized in that the pin-like setting elements (25) which are disposed in the upper holding part (11) are arranged on at least one displaceable setting template (24). 15. An apparatus as claimed in claim 13 and 14, characterized in that it additionally comprises the following elements: - at least one tension spring (13) which connects the one end zone of the lower holding part (12) with the upper holding part (11), - a lever combination (14) consisting of two mutually rotatably connected levers (15, 16), with the one lever (16) being rotatably fastened to the lower holding part (12) and the other lever (15) being rotatably fastened to the upper holding part (11), - at least one tension spring (18) which acts on the connection point (17) of the two levers (15, 16) and is connected to the lower holding part (12), - a setting chamber (22) which is disposed in the upper holding part (11) and into which the apparatus according to one of the claims 1 to 12 can be inserted, with the setting chamber (22) being provided in its floor with the pin-like calibrating elements (23) which can be introduced into the openings (2) of the apparatus according to one of the claims 1 to 12, - several setting templates (24) which are arranged displaceably next to one another in the upper holding part (11), with one section each of each setting template (24) being disposable precisely above the pin-like calibrating elements (23) in the setting chamber (22) and with the pin-like setting elements (25) which are arranged on the setting templates (24) projecting into the setting chamber (22) against the direction of the pin-like calibrating elements (23) which are arranged on the floor, - two brackets (21, 21a) which are provided at least with one opening each (32) and which are connected with the lower holding part (12) and are held in a vertically displaceable manner in the upper holding part (11). 16. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 13 to 15, characterized in that an ejection bracket (34) (figs. 15a,b,c) is arranged in the setting chamber 22, which bracket comprises two entrainment elements (42, 43) and two inclined shoulders (37, 38) on its lower side, with the entire ejection bracket (34) being connected by way of a spring (41) with the floor of the setting chamber (22) and a hook-like nose (40) being arranged in the floor of the setting chamber (22) which is arranged as a counterpart to the shoulder (38) of the ejection bracket (34). 17. An apparatus as claimed in claim 13 and 14, characterized in that it additionally comprises the following elements: - at least one tension spring (13) which connects the one end zone of the lower holding part (12) with the upper holding part (11), - a lever (46) which is disposed floatingly between the upper holding part (11) and the lower holding part (12) and which rests with its two end zones on brackets (47, 48) which are disposed in said holding parts, with the lever (46) being connected by way of a spring (18) with the upper holding part (11), - a setting chamber (22) which is disposed in the upper holding part and into which the apparatus according to one of the claims 1 to 12 can be inserted, with the setting chamber (22) being provided in its floor with the pin-like calibrating elements (23) which can be introduced into the openings (2) of the apparatus according to one of the claims 1 to 12, - several setting templates (24) which are arranged displaceably next to one another in the upper holding part (11), with one section each of each setting template (24) being disposable precisely above the pin-like calibrating elements (23) in the setting chamber (22) and with the pin-like setting elements (25) which are arranged on the setting templates (24) projecting into the setting chamber (22) against the direction of the pin-like calibrating elements (23) which are arranged on the floor, - two brackets (21, 21a) which are provided at least with one opening each (32) and which are connected with the lower holding part (12) by way of pins (20, 20a) and are held in a vertically displaceable manner in the upper holding part (11). 18. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 13, 14, 15 and 17, characterized in that an ejection mechanism is arranged in the setting chamber (22), which mechanism comprises an ejection bracket (34) which is movable in the insertion direction (fig. 21a, 21b, 21c) and which is pressed by a tension spring (41) against the setting chamber floor and against a stop (52) in the direction towards the insertion or ejection opening (32a, 33a) and the ejection bracket (34) is provided with two entrainment elements (42, 43), with one of the same (43) pretensioning on the one part the ejection bracket (34) via the face of the basic part (1) by means of a hook (53) which can be latched into a bridge (54) and ejecting on the other part the basic part (1) for the setting chamber (22) by way of the tension spring (41). 19. An apparatus as claimed in claim 18, characterized in that the other entrainment element (42) substantially extends over the entire length of the ejection bracket (34) and can be brought with the upper part (1) into engagement. 20. An apparatus as claimed in claim 18 and 19, characterized in that the ejection bracket (34) is arranged on a setting chamber wall extending parallel to the direction of insertion (36). 21.
