PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch package structure capable of easily opening a package of a patch by hands while restraining the adhesion of the patch on the inner face of the package. SOLUTION: In the patch package structure including the package and the patch stored in the package, The package includes a first practically-planar sheet material, and a second molded sheet material. The second sheet material has a first zone projecting toward outside the package, and a practically-planar second zone surrounding the first zone. Here, the first zone has a planar external shape for including a planar external shape of the patch, and the second zone has a first seal zone for surrounding the first zone, and a non-seal zone at the center of the second sheet material rather than the first seal zone.
