A method of manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent a sealant from being damaged due to expansion of liquid crystal in a main baking process and prevent liquid crystal leakage and a gap stain. A ring-shaped product panel seal for defining a liquid crystal filling region and an outer seal for sealing up an array substrate and a color filter substrate are formed on one of the two substrates(S1). Liquid crystal is dispensed to the liquid crystal filling region surrounded by the product panel seal. The two substrates are bonded to each other. The product panel seal and the outer seal are pre-baked(S2). The outer seal is partially destroyed to break the vacuum inside the outer seal(S6). The product panel seal and the outer seal are main-baked(S7).
