<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aneurysmal treatment system using a delta stitch suture to fix the top of a modified intraluminal scaffold and a graft material to a scaffold structure. <P>SOLUTION: The aneurysmal treatment system 100 does not allow any relative movement between the graft material and the scaffold structure 108. No relative movement reduces ablation of the graft material. For this purpose, a unique structure of stent top and its fixing procedure are directed to prevent any relative or substantially eliminate movement between the stent 102 and the graft.
