PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic nonwoven fabric having excellent elastic recovery, being nonsticky, and having a pleasant texture, and to provide textile products using the elastic nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The elastic nonwoven fabric is made of a sheath-core conjugate fiber comprising a lowly crystalline polypropylene satisfying the followings: (a) [mmmm]=20-60 mol%, (b) [rrrr]/(1-[mmmm])≤0.1, (c) [rmrm]>2.5 mole%, (d) [mm]×[rr]/[mr]<SP>2</SP>≤2.0, (e) weight average molecular weight (Mw)=10,000-200,000, and (f) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn)<4.
