PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform positioning with the influence of multipath excluded without being affected by a change in the environment. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle apparatus 1 determines some satellites to be GPS satellites as reception objects out of a plurality of GPS satellites 19 on the basis of almanac data received from a position server 21, determines some GPS antennas to be GPS antennas as reception objects out of a plurality of GPS antennas 11 to 18 for each of some GPS satellites 19 determined to be the reception objects on the basis of the arrangement of the GPS satellite 19 and the direction of the vehicle, and combines GPS satellite signals input from the GPS antennas determined to be the reception objects for each of some GPS satellites 19 determined to be the reception objects to calculate the pseudo-distance with respect to the GPS satellite 19 which has transmitted the GPS satellite signal.
