PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer for rubber chips which can increase the grinding and crushing area of the rubber chips, and also can pulverize the rubber chips at all times quickly, surely and efficiently in work by remarkably increasing the grinding and crushing time of the rubber chips. SOLUTION: A charge hopper 3 and a discharge chute 4 are respectively connected to upper and lower ends of a casing 2 formed roughly square, and a pair of both sides crushing blades 5, 7 having annular protruded and recessed blades 10a, 10b in the circumferential direction are meshingy juxtaposed in the casing 2. Outer surfaces of the protruded and recessed blades 10a, 10b of both sides crushing blades 5, 7 are coated with diamond electrodeposition layers 11a, 11b respectively, and both sides crushing blades 5, 7 are set rotatable in the same direction to millstone-likely grind and crush the rubber chips.
