A filter for a dust collector and a manufacturing method of the filter are provided to detach dust on the surface of mono yarn, and to improve a collecting ratio of minute dust with low pillar weft. A filter(100) for a dust collector includes mono yarn(10), at least one or more fiber(30) between DTY yarn or multi yarn. The mono yarn is weaved to 220 ~ 240 per inch of warp. The DTY yarn or the multi yarn is weaved to 50 ~ 60 per inch 50 ~ 60 of weft. A manufacturing method of the filter includes the following steps of: winding the mono yarn and conductive yarn to be arranged at a constant interval; mounting a warp beam on a weaving machine; and weaving the filter for the dust collector with weft of the DTY yarn or the multi yarn and waft of the conductive yarn and the mono yarn.
