A hanbit phonetic symbol is provided to maintain balance of font by visually dividing a symbol. A defining process about a voiceless sound symbol is performed. The defining process includes a step for defining a voiceless sound symbol by extracting a base symbol in the Korean script and English in a process for forming an international phonetic symbol into the Hangul shape. A process for forming the voiced sound symbol is performed. The process for forming the voiced sound symbol includes a step for making a voiced sound symbol. A new symbol expanding process is performed. The new symbol expanding process includes a step for making a new symbol. |
