A fish farm using a water tub of the recycled material is provided, which enables to breed warm water fish and cold water fish regardless of temperature and location. A fish farm using a water tub of the recycled material comprises: a plurality of water tubs(100,200) in which the floor material of the synthetic resin material is equipped in the inner side and which are filled with water; bellows pipes(190,290) in which one side and the other side are protruded from the outside of the water tub; a water storage(150) in which water ejected from the water tub is classified into alkaline water and acid water and is stored; a filtration member(300) in which the adsorption plate is equipped; heating members(400,500) heating water circulating in the bellows pipe; a cooling member(600) cooling water circulating in the bellows pipe; and a plurality of cover support ropes.
