A multilayered bio chip is provided to detect many bio materials using a piezoelectric material, induce efficient reaction in micro space and improve detection efficiency. An integrated multilayered bio chip comprises: two or more substrates (110) which are arranged in parallel; an adhesive layer which has test space and is made of material having elasticity; a standard sample (120) which is fixed on the substrate of test space; a piezoelectric layer (130) which has piezoelectric material; and a case (150) having the bio chip.
